Bud Evans is a retired Police Officer and U.S. Air Force Officer, with years of public service, including his role as the former Mayor of Cinnaminson, NJ. Now, he’s a seasoned NJ real estate agent and investor focused on single-family properties in the NJ suburbs of Philly, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh. Previously a Real Estate Investment Coach for Tarek El Moussa, Bud now mentors others through his military-focused rental property program, teaching strategies such as the BRRRR method, Commercial Multifamily Analysis, Property Management, and Infinite Banking. Bud’s expertise includes hands-on property management, overseeing tenant relations, maintenance, and optimizing cash flow, which he also passes on to others.
